The Genesis Coupe will have two available engines. The base engine will be a 2.0L turbocharged 4-cylinder producing 210 hp and 223 ft-lb torque, with an optional 3.8L Lambda V6 engine producing 306 hp and 266 ft-lb torque. The Genesis Coupe has a 24% stiffer bending rigidity than the BMW E46 M3 coupe. There will be 7 models of the Coupe ranging from 4 Turbos and 3 V6's. There will be the Base Turbo, 2.0T Premium, 2.0T Track, 2.0T R-Spec, 3.8 Base, 3.8 Grand Touring, and a 3.8 Track edition. The track and R-Spec versions in the 2.0T will only be 6Spd manual. The gas milage is for the 2.0T is Environmental Protection Agency 30 mpg highway, and a EPA rating of 25 mpg for the 3.8. Dragon Motors has already begun modifying the 2.0 turbo version. They have upgraded the turbo to a GT30 and made over 400 hp.
